Guide for Conch Republic Days Street Fair Booth Holders
Thank You for participating in this year's Conch Republic Days Street Festival. To insure everyone has a great event, we ask that you take time to read the following:
All vehicles must be unloaded and off the street by 9 am. No vehicles are allowed back onto the street until after 5 pm and spaces need to be cleared and clean with vehicles gone by 6 pm.
Spaces are 10 x 10. All your display and items for sale need to be contained within that area. No displays, goods or signs outside your space or on the adjacent sidewalk.
No generators are allowed. Battery systems are fine as long as cords are contained within your space.
No flames or fire except as contained in food booths. No incense please.
No amplified music is allowed.
Please post attached recycling posters within your display and direct customers to the nearest recycling and trash receptacles.
Only designated booths are allowed to sell beverages, including water.
Drunken or discourteous behavior may result in loss of future participation.
Only items approved prior to the event are allowed to be sold. Items not approved will be asked to be removed immediately.
Participants will fill out the on site questionnaire and drop off at the information/sign in booth.
